booked this property for two days, but after booking, I was informed that they could not provide the same accommodation for the entire stay. They said they would arrange one night at a *** property and the second night somewhere else. This was never communicated before I made the booking.The promised amenities were also not properly provided, and the manager was extremely rude and unhelpful when we raised our concerns. Instead of resolving the issue, they told us to cancel the booking—while knowing that cancellation would result in no refund.This is completely unfair. If the property cannot honour a confirmed two-day booking as advertised, they should cancel it themselves and provide a full refund. Customers should not be pressured into cancelling and losing their money because of the property’s failure to provide the booked accommodation.Very disappointing service, poor communication, and unprofessional behaviour. I would not recommend this property.
This place is walking distance to Benaulim beach, and this place is clean and the staff are helpful, I will extend my stay here😊
