This is a sub let property, managed by third party. With no basic amenities provided on check in. Staff takes hours to respond.Washrooms fittings were broken, No toileteries provided, No fresh n clean bedsheet and pillow covers were torn.
No services available at room
Have stayed at the Palms multiple times before. But this time they shifted us to a secluded property. The rooms were different. Our balcony was adjoining to another guest room which was occupied. Overall a bad experience.
