Rooms are good. Little insects outside due to nature but the staff are really good in cleaning and room service is very good. Staffs are polite and address concerns. Bar area need to be little separated but overall good.

Had an amazing stay in Wayanad.The location was absolutely beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery and peaceful nature. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hospitality of the hosts was outstanding’they were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.The food was also delicious and felt very homely. Average rooms with average maintenance. Location was really good, centrally located to all the tourist attractions around Kalpetta. It was a little tucked away from the main road, with plenty of greenery around. The property is located in a wonderful place, but it really needs more maintenance. Free breakfast was not that great. Since they also have the non-breakfast included room rates. I would recommend booking that and eating your breakfast elsewhere.

Relaxing Family Stay

Hotel was at a good location with decent amenities. It appears to be an old property but well maintained.Swimming pool looked good, people seem to have enjoyed a lot there but we didn't explore that area. In our room, there was a groundfloor sitting area but no TV there, only a sitting area with bathroom, so not sure what is the purpose of that space. The bedroom upstairs was quite spacious with a sofa set, tv, cupboard and another bathroom. Room was clean and comfortable. Our son had a great time going up and down in the staircase.Breakfast was good, lunch was ok and with a reasonable price. Bathrooms were clean but there was a bit of foul smell which went away after cleaning but somehow it recurred multiple times. Also, it took a lot of time to get hot water from the taps.They had a small playground for kids which my son liked. They had a small enclosure with some colourful parrots which was good.Overall calm and quiet place.
