I stay two days here it's expensive in my opinion I can't tell another but service breakfast is not better

Avoid this place! Dirty, broken, and honestly gross.My Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI don’t usually write bad reviews, but I had to warn others about this place. Calling this a "resort" is a joke. It feels more like a neglected storeroom that hasn't been cleaned in months.The Main Problems:’ Gross Beds & Pillows: This was the worst part. The bedsheets and pillows felt cheap, rough, and definitely not fresh. It felt like they hadn't been washed properly’or at all’since the last guest. You don't want to close your eyes in a bed that feels "used."’ Filthy Air Conditioner: If you look at the AC, it’s covered in thick, black dust. It’s actually scary to think about what kind of germs we were breathing in. It clearly hasn't been serviced in years.’ Bathroom is a Mess: The buckets and mugs they give you are stained and look oily or moldy. I didn't even want to touch them, let alone use them to wash.’ Everything is Broken: There are wires hanging out of holes in the wall, the "flooring" looks like cheap cement boards that are cracking, and the furniture is peeling apart. It looks like the whole place is held together by tape and luck.’ Dust Everywhere: Behind the TV, on the shelves, and in the corners’there is dust and trash everywhere. It’s clear that "cleaning" here just means moving the trash from one spot to another.Final Verdict:Save your money and stay somewhere else. This place is unhygienic, uncomfortable, and a complete waste of cash. I wouldn't stay here again even if it was free.

We stayed here for a night with friends . Very good place for stay in waynad. With it without family no problem at all. Rooms, service everything is good.

I stayed at Treebo Regalia today and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The bedsheets and pillow covers were very old and did not feel fresh. The bed itself was extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to rest properly. The room was also quite small and not maintained well, which was surprising even the breakfast was not good, not what I expected from Treebo.Overall, the stay did not feel worth the price, and I genuinely expected a better standard from a Treebo property. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality for future guests.

This was my 2nd time in 3 months. As i expected the room provided to us was amazing with balcony, the staff is very nice and polite and always provide quick services. Also the hotel is very budget friendly, near by you get everything like food, drinks, shopping places, and even bike renting place. Special thanks to these two staff members, always smiling and happily delivering services to their guest. Hope to visit it again.
