Hello By Ananya, Puri

Very good

I recently stayed at Hello By Ananya, Puri, and was quite let down, especially given the cost. Parking is a big hassle since the car must be left about 150 meters from the hotel, and no staff helped with luggage, so guests have to carry their bags themselves. The restaurant service was frustrating; they don't take orders from rooms or outside, so you must go to the kitchen or restaurant to order and pay upfront, then pick up your food yourself. Even morning tea isn't delivered to rooms, which is a basic expectation when traveling with family. The restaurant hours are inconvenient, closing at 2 PM for lunch and 10 PM for dinner, and they won't accept late orders, even if just a little late. Since the hotel is far from other dining options, guests rely heavily on the hotel restaurant. The complimentary breakfast was also underwhelming, with limited choices repeated daily, which felt insufficient for the price paid. While the rooms and property look nice, hospitality involves more than that—help with luggage, easy parking, room service, food delivery, and morning tea all matter. Overall, the services and facilities don't match the price, and I hope management improves restaurant operations, room service, parking help, and guest support.

The hotel location is good. Enjoyed my stay here.

The room was beautiful and the location ideal for sightseeing. Still, the noon check-out time was very inconvenient and messed up our travel plans. It's a great place, but the strict timing policy negatively affected our stay.

A very enjoyable and cozy stay, definitely a must-visit for a tranquil trip in Puri! Thanks to Ananya stay for the warm hospitality.
