Location of this hotel is very interior, it's almost in the end of main marine drive, I was looking for a triple occupancy room so I book this hotel when I found most of the hotels full. Prices were found similar with those hotels who offer same services at better location.

I read good reviews about this hotel and decided to book. However, since our arrival at the hotel it was a disaster. We were given a room in which the AC wasn't working (it was booked in advance and we had informed the hotel of our arrival beforehand). We raised a complaint. A mechanic showed up and he had no clue what was going on. We waited for 20 mins and then called the reception. The receptionist answered and asked a question, when was the complaint raised? He asked me to give them some more time. Bow imagine waiting in a room with AC not working, that too in scorching heat of Puri. Finally after a long wait the hotel was able to take a decision of allotting us a different room. On the 2nd day we had to wait at the gate, coz some guest had blocked the way to the entrance (parked a car). We informed the staff and was told to wait for 2 mins (those 2 mins turned out to be 20). When we complained again to the hotel staff (receptionist) they laughed about. How can a guest be treated this way?On top of it the food is tasteless and extremely salty (as if they are using ocean water).Most horrible hotel experience ever. We would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel, if they want peaceful stay. Only book the hotel if you are okay with being mistreated.
