Koshal Hotels

Staying at the hotel was a wonderful experience. The conduct, hospitality, and service provided by the hotel staff, including those at reception, front office, and restaurant, were outstanding. In particular, the service and attitude of the restaurant staff such as Manorama, Itishree, Pinki, Akhya, and Seema were exceptional.

The rooms are roomy, but the bathroom in Room 210 had a slight odor. The food is mediocre. The staff are polite and friendly. However, room service is very slow, taking about half an hour even to bring tea.

I recently stayed at this hotel; the services were excellent, and the food was great too. The staff were very friendly, and the location is close to the beach.

The quality of room service is quite bad. After placing a food order, it takes over an hour to arrive, and that's only if you repeatedly check on it; otherwise, the wait could be even longer.

The view from the back of our room was just drainage water, which I didn't like. The AC is an old model and it drips water onto the balcony, making the balcony unusable for the family. The service was acceptable, and the location is good.
