Excellent hotel

I reserved three sea-facing rooms hoping for a pleasant stay, but the reality was quite disappointing. The rooms were in poor condition; none were suitable for comfort. When the AC was off even briefly, condensation caused water droplets on floors and walls, making them damp and slippery. Room 203 on the second floor had a dirty, badly maintained ceiling. Due to moisture issues, we had to keep the AC on all night, resulting in an uncomfortably cold room. The room rates were very high given the quality, upkeep, and services, offering poor value for money. This hotel is not ideal for families or children, as food options for kids were limited and only available at fixed times, making it hard to get meals outside those hours. The rooms did not match the images shown. Check-out at 7:00 AM was inconvenient compared to the usual 10:00 AM–12:00 PM, making the stay feel rushed. Service was slow, with long waits for housekeeping and other requests, which negatively impacted the experience. Many amenities advertised on MakeMyTrip were missing or non-functional, such as a refrigerator, hair dryer, and others, which was misleading. Overall maintenance was poor; rooms appeared worn, cleanliness was below standard, and basic upkeep was lacking. The hotel’s photos and advertised amenities set expectations that were not met, which was especially disappointing given the high room prices.

Hello, our family came to Puri for the Ratha Yatra and reserved this hotel online for our stay. Positives include a reliable hot water system, a responsive service team that quickly attended to our room service requests, complimentary luggage storage after checkout, courteous customer service, a location opposite the beach, and a special shower area for rinsing off after swimming in the sea. Thank you.

Rooms are decent and compact. The washroom is tidy and clean. Suitable for a one-night stay. The staff are friendly and room service is satisfactory. We visited during Puri Rath Yatra and found the area to be quite clean.
