It’s a newly developed property with great potential. While the rooms were nice and the location was amazing that was it. Some rooms didn’t have all listed amenities like shampoo and stuff. One room we had had a short circuit in the AC main switch so we had to switch rooms. In another room, electricity went out 2 times even though keycard was still working. Another room did not have a functional key card so we were given a manual key which had to be managed in a particular way to open the door. It kept not working at times. The kitchen service was very very slow when we ordered to our rooms. They made it very late and were also rude when we complained about the timing. Pool is undergoing renovation which should be mentioned somewhere during bookings. We had to checkout in a hurry which I do agree was our fault but later when we reviewed the charges for the food and room service, they were all wrong, duplicate and increased so we ended up paying a lot extra than we should have. Would not recommend a stay here atleast as of now.
