Visited Puri and enjoyed a beach in front of the hotel as well as visited the temple one of the best holly place in India. The stay at the hotel will be always be remaining in memory. Point to be noted that the rooms are smaller compared to the other areas.
No mobile network works inside hotel and the free wifi provided by hotel is very poor quality. They themselves uses the better signal wifi but they don't share that password at all. 2 days I was totally disconnected with outer world without connectivity. TV in room doesn't work at all. Rest location and place is nice. Staffs at front desk are totally uncooperative and not supportive at all.
The staff behavior and amenities were quite average and not satisfactory. The biggest issue was the food; our entire office group stayed for three nights, and after lunch on the first day, most people became very ill with vomiting and diarrhea. Additionally, at checkout, the reception accused two families of stealing coffee mugs from the rooms, which was a completely false claim since the staff couldn't even recall how many mugs were provided. Overall, the food quality was very poor. My honest advice is to avoid eating the hotel's food and instead dine at other hotels or regular restaurants where the food is fresher.
