It's a nice place to stay and the hospitality and the staff, the aesthetics and the upkeep is really superb. A wonderful place, great staff with etiquette and manners. My stays was with a group of hundreds of Defence personnel, retired and serving seeing other for the reunions and all the functions and programs were backed up professionally too. Overall, a great place for a stay when away from home

Room felt plain and lacking in furnishings, decor, and amenities.

Extremely Unsafe & Misleading Property ’ Please AvoidThis was one of the most disturbing accommodation experiences I’ve ever had, booked through MakeMyTrip.We arrived around 10:30 PM as a group of three women (including a senior citizen) and one teenage boy, carrying multiple pieces of luggage. Although the property looks lavish in online photos, the ground reality is completely different.Around 90% of the hotel appeared abandoned. Corridors smelled strongly of urine, walls were damp and moldy, paintwork was unfinished, construction material (sand and cement bags) was lying around, staircases were still under construction, and many rooms were sealed with wooden planks, looking unopened for years. Bedsheets had suspicious stains, flooring was broken, and common areas were dark and deserted. The opposite block of the hotel was completely unlit with no staff or guests visible.We were shown 3’4 rooms across different floors, and each one was worse than the previous. The situation felt unsafe and suspicious, especially for women late at night. Even the staff escorting us seemed hesitant after seeing the condition.When we requested either a clean/safe room or a refund, both were denied. The staff were rude and confused, and the manager (spoken to over the phone) was completely unhelpful. We wasted over 1.5 hours trying to resolve the issue. Despite the hotel claiming it was ’fully occupied,’ the building was visibly dark and deserted.Left with no choice, we exited the property close to midnight, hired an auto, and searched for alternative accommodation. After visiting around 7 hotels past midnight, we finally found a place, incurring significant additional expense and mental stress.This property is misleading, unsanitary, and unsafe, and should not be listed without proper inspection. I strongly advise women, families, and senior citizens to avoid this place completely.MakeMyTrip reviews and listings led us to trust this booking, but the experience was a serious breach of that trust. Please be cautious and do not rely on the photos or claims shown online.

Room and hotel premises are clean but issue regarding some wifi issue persist in some rooms. Overall breakfast quality is good. Needs improvement in washrooms kindly put shampoo, conditioner and shower-gel in washrooms.

This is the worst hotel I have ever visit in my life. First of all the property is 1.5 km away from sea beach, auto will cost u 100-150 to come at lighthouse. Secondly staffs behavior was tremendously bad, they should learn first how to talk with people, guards don't know to help clients to carry the luggages. Anyway we didn't even ask for it also.Initially while booking (for 19th oct to 21st oct) they (Ranjit tripathy) told me that they will provide us rooms if available at morning 8:30-9:00, as they have min 100 of rooms. But when we arrived they opened their rule book and told us they could only give us room at 12 pm, till then we have to wait in reception area. After a whole night of train journey we waited 1:30 hr, totally exhausted, staffs were laughing and gossiping at the corner and treating us as beggars.At 9:30 we went to the reception and asked to cancel the booking. Then they got very annoyed and told that they will give us a room, as if they were favoring us. At the next moment they asked us to clear the whole payment at the check-in time only. Also we paid a 2000 rs advance 2 months before. They didn't returned that. We canceled the booking and left the hotel. While we were leaving the staffs were telling bad words.I will recommend you not to go there. They are totally fraud. Beawre of their Rule book. And those staffs should take a course first before getting their jobs.
