Very bad location with no proper road connectivity no space for parking. no lifts , resort is not properly maintained very untidy rooms bath room are not clean with water seepage inside room floors are wet. overall ambience is very bad and below standard resort which is over priced . Highly dissapointing experience we booked for 1 night but left the resort by same evening .

The rooms are acceptable. However, the staff are excellent. Overall, it's a good place to stay.

The biggest downside of this resort is its location. It's quite distant from most tourist spots, with very limited public transportation options. Autos rarely come to this area, and the roads leading to the resort are in poor shape. The location also felt unsafe, especially since the resort is in a secluded spot. There are many stray dogs around the property, making walking uncomfortable, especially at night. While Uber or Rapido bikes can sometimes be booked, the resort staff reportedly discourage drivers from entering and even threaten them, and the resort's own auto fares are very expensive. The rooms were disappointing as well; they weren't as clean or spacious as expected and felt cramped. There was also a noticeable odor in the room. I would strongly advise not to rely fully on the online pictures, as they did not accurately reflect the property and seemed to be AI-generated. On the plus side, the food at the in-house restaurant was good, and the reception and security staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, the main problem is the location and poor accessibility. If you have your own or rented bike and are comfortable traveling around, you might consider staying here. However, don't expect a typical resort experience—it feels more like a standard room stay. For the same or even lower price, there are many hotels closer to the beach and tourist attractions. Personally, I would choose a more accessible and better-located place next time.

If you have your own/rented bike and are comfortable travelling around, you can consider staying here. However, don’t expect a typical resort experience — it feels more like a regular room stay. For the same or even lower price, there are many hotels closer to the beach and tourist attractions.I would personally choose a more accessible and better-located property next time.
