Overall it was okayBut I was totally into the beach view swimming pool...which was not maintained... I complained & they told water is changed regularly at night...so I waited for the next morning....but the next day still the floor of pool was filled with sand and dust floating in water.... it was looking like this after nesting....I was totally disappointed ’? ....I thought many times to jump into...but finally I checked out

Disappointing Service Experience

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. When I arrived, they gave me a completely different room from the one they had shown me earlier, even though I had booked the room 10 days in advance. They also promised to shift me to the correct room the next day, but that never happened.I had even called the hotel two hours before my arrival, yet they still made me wait in the lobby for 20 minutes. Overall, it was a very bad experience and I am not satisfied with their service.

Good food, staff behaviour decent , bathrooms and swimming pool could be more cleaner. Hard water through shower and tap so can't wash face or brush in that water.
