☆☆☆☆ (1/5)One of the worst accommodation experiences I've had.The biggest issue was the water facility, which was highly inadequate and caused significant inconvenience throughout the stay. The room and washroom lacked basic hygiene standards. The room was dusty, had an unpleasant smell, and clearly had not been cleaned properly before check-in.The electrical socket connections were in poor condition, raising both usability and safety concerns. In addition, the AC connection was not functioning properly, making the stay uncomfortable.Overall, the property was nowhere near the standards advertised. The lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and inadequate facilities made it extremely disappointing and not worth the money paid. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and hygienic stay.
Worst Worst Worsest Experience ever in my life when staying in a hotel..... When I entered my room it had a VERY BAD SMELL and FULL OF SMALL COCKROACHES ....I demanded the staff to change my room and they provided me another room but it also had an unpleasant smell as well....the room was barely ok.... and the Worst part about the room was the lighting was not good the lights were constantly flickering......AND WORST THING ABOUT THE ROOM WAS THE BATHROOM WAS NOT CLEAN AT ALL HELL THE PUBLIC TOILETS ARE WAY BETTER THAN THIS ONE WHEN I ENTERED INSIDE I ALMOST VOMITTED BECAUSE OF THE STENCH AND THE WAY IT LOOKED......AS I WAS SUPPOSE TO BE PROVIDED WITH THESE SERVICES WHICH I DIDN'T GET IS...the hotel staff didn't provide me the WI-FI Password upon my stay, they didn't provide me the toiletries they were supposed to only by asking did they send me a small Rupees 5 worth of Medimix soap, As it was mentioned in my package that i would be provided BREAKFAST THIS HOTEL DIDN'T EVEN PROVIDE ME WITH THIS BENEFIT AS WELL.....EVEN WATER HAS TO BE BOUGHT WITH MONEY THERE WAS NO COMMON DRINKING WATER FACILITY AVAILABLE......AND DURING MY CHECK OUT THE STAFF WAS FORCEFULLY ASKING ME TO PROVIDE 5 STAR REVIEW......THEY HAVE THIS GOOGLE REVIEW SCANNER AND THEY WERE ASKING ME TO PROVIDE THE REVIEW BEFORE I EXIT THE HOTEL......FRIENDS I WOULD SAY THIS HOTEL IS NOT FOR ANYONE...... IT'LL BE A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME TO STAY HERE
