Mr Ramesh at the front desk, along with Shankar and Apparao in the cafeteria, provided outstanding service. Keep up the great work.

The location is convenient and the food is excellent. The rooms are small but acceptable for the price. However, I am concerned about the conduct of the front office staff member, Mr. R Laxman, who was unprofessional and quite arrogant. This is not what I would expect from a branded hotel.

I honestly don't know where to begin with the negatives. Right from the start, things were bad. 1. There was no one to help carry our luggage to the room except the security guard, who demanded money to do so. When we checked out early, no one was available to bring the luggage back. 2. I spoke with the front office staff member Mr. Narendra two months before booking. The rate we agreed on was different from what we paid at checkout, and when we questioned it, the staff rudely said they had given us a bigger discount than requested. (I'll address the discount issue in point 3.) Lemontree group, if you want your Visakhapatnam hotel to improve, you should consider replacing your front office staff because they seem capable of ruining your business. 3. The worst part: none of the rooms have shower heads, only hand showers. The front office manager Mr. Narendra gave us a mini lesson on how a hand shower can also serve as a head shower (really?). Shower heads are essential in any hotel, and when we raised this issue, they offered discounts on our food. They gave discounts because of their own oversight, yet we were treated poorly for accepting them. If you don't have shower heads, why not clearly state this on your website so guests know what to expect? The only positive was the food in the restaurant, and Mr. Sankar Rao took great care of us. If anyone should be kept on at the hotel, it’s the F&B team. I've stayed at Lemontree Delhi and had a good experience, but the Vizag location was a nightmare. Lemontree group, please take note of everything I've said and replace your front desk staff at Vizag for your own benefit.

I stayed at Key Select Hotel, Visakhapatnam for a business trip and found my experience to be average overall. The staff were polite, professional, and helpful, which I valued. Breakfast offered a good selection with reasonable quality. On the downside, the room was rather small for a business traveler staying multiple days. The dinner buffet was disappointing as the food seemed not fresh and did not meet my expectations. In summary, the hotel works for a brief business trip if you prioritize professional service, but improvements are needed in room size and dinner buffet quality.
