Brilliant rooms, but room service is a concern, they want us to tell everything ’’’’ like Water. As if they do not have any standard guidelines to follow.And cleaning staff is just ufffffffff.But we got rooms cleaned somehow.

Over all great experience with hotel Agrawal residency staff are supportive and room neet nd clean.

Worst Experience ’ Very Disappointing StayI had a terrible experience at Agarwal Residency.I arrived at the hotel at 10:15 pm. The desk boy simply handed me the key and asked me to go to the 4th floor, with no one to escort or guide me, which itself felt unprofessional.When I entered the room, the condition was shocking. The bedsheet, pillow cover, and blanket were dirty and stained. The bedsheet wasn’t even placed properly. There were food stains on the table, clearly showing the room hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guest.I went down to complain, but the desk boy bluntly said, ’I can’t do anything, talk to the owner.’ This was the attitude and behavior I received’completely irresponsible and rude.After some time, a staff member came upstairs to change the stained linen. When I checked, he had only changed the pillow cover. When I removed the blanket, I again found a stained bedsheet with hair and food crumbs on it. I had to request yet again before it was finally changed properly.On top of all this, there was no water bottle in the room, and I had to ask separately for that too.Overall, hygiene standards are extremely poor, and the staff is neither polite nor attentive. This hotel needs serious improvement in cleanliness, staff training, and basic hospitality. I would not recommend this place to anyone

I had a very bad experience with this hotel during my stay at vizag with my family. The hotel charges accurately at an hourly rate and had no check out time. We boarded in the hotel on 22/01 at 1:30pm and checked out at 5am on 25/01 but I got charged for 3 days and additional Rs. 1000 for extra 3:30hours of stay. All the staff were ill behaved and in none of the hotels I had found such strict schedule with no specific check out time. I would personally suggest to never plan to take up the said hotel for your stay in vizag.

Worst kind of hotel service ever seen.None of them know how to treat a customer.The staff have no empathy towards the customers.No respect only have loudest voiceWould never recommend this place to anyone.Full of attitude
