I used to visit Heritage Village Manesar, so I thought of trying the Goa one as well. Believe me, they are miles apart.There were red ants everywhere — on the floor, balcony, and the fun part was that the ant nest seemed to be right beneath the hotel bed. The worst part? No employee even came to inspect the room. They simply offered another room only after we pushed for it. Clearly, hospitality is not their strong point.In-room dining was disappointing too. I had one of the worst biryanis of my life — the taste was far below average.One positive: the kids’ play room is actually nice and has good interactive games.Also, calling it a “beach resort” feels misleading. There’s practically no beach vibe — no shacks, no crowd, just a few street dogs enjoying the sun.The live music during the late evening was genuinely good though.If you’re planning South Goa, I’d recommend going for The LaLiT Golf & Spa Resort Goa, Planet Hollywood Beach Resort Goa, or Longuinhos Beach Resort instead. Been there, and they’re much better experiences overall.
We stayed at **Heritage Village Resort & Spa, Goa** for **4 nights toward the end of April**, and overall it was a very pleasant and comfortable family stay.The **breakfast buffet** was one of the highlights: good spread, well-managed service, and enough variety to start the day well. A major plus for us was the availability of **baby food options for our toddler**, which made the stay much easier and stress-free. The **staff behavior** was excellent throughout; everyone we interacted with was courteous, helpful, and attentive.The resort itself is well laid out, with good **amenities** and a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. We especially appreciated the focus on **kids’ safety**, which gave us peace of mind while moving around the property. The **buggy service to and from the beach** was also very convenient, especially with a child, and added to the overall comfort of the stay.There are a few areas where the experience could improve. In the mornings, the **watering of plants near the pavements** made some walkways slippery, which could be risky for guests, especially kids and elderly people. Also, while **Chutney** had good options, the other restaurants felt somewhat limited. In particular, **Bonita not serving pizza or burgers** was disappointing, as those are convenient choices for families and kids.Overall, we had a lovely stay and would recommend the resort for families looking for a comfortable, safe, and well-serviced holiday in Goa. With a few improvements in restaurant variety and walkway safety, the experience would be even better.
Had a lovely time with family at Heritage Village. The staff are very courteous and helpful. Since it was our anniversary, they even gave us a complimentary cake and wine , besides decorating the room . Breakfast has a great spread. Pool is well kept. Had a memorable stay!
