Homey Meadows Vizag Beach

Hotel Review ’ Stay at Vizag on 25th JuneI visited Vizag on 25th June and stayed at this hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to several issues. Here’s a point-wise summary:1. Poor Coordination During BookingTwo different people coordinated the room booking, which caused confusion and delays. The process was unorganized and lacked proper communication.2. Unhygienic and Smelly RoomsAll three rooms provided to us had a foul smell. Some even had a strong, pungent odor that made it very uncomfortable to stay. Cleanliness was clearly lacking.3. Geyser Not Working in Any RoomNone of the three rooms had a working geyser. This caused serious inconvenience, especially in the mornings. The hotel did not resolve the issue even after complaints.4. Dirty BathroomsThe bathrooms were not clean and lacked basic hygiene. There was no proper cleaning done before check-in, which made the stay very unpleasant.5. No Room Service at NightRoom service was not available at night as there was only one staff member managing everything. This is unacceptable for any hotel that aims to provide even basic comfort to its guests.6. Budget Hotel ’ Not Recommended for Comfort or EnjoymentIf you're looking to enjoy your trip and stay in comfort, this hotel is not recommended. It may be suitable only for those strictly looking for a low-budget stay without expectations of service or hygiene.

Not happy with the overall experience. Booked for 5 days, by paying advance amount, in Homey Meadows by looking at the reviews and photos. When I arrived for check-in, I was told that they are fully booked in current location and they have another building back side which is Homey Suites. It was not suitable for families and not a expected experience.

The accomodation is fantastic here, the rooms are clean, amenities are provided as mentioned. Staff are all professional and helped me to plan my trip from the reservation of rooms to checking-out without any stress. Would recommend this hotel for hassle free stay. Particularly Dhana Lakshmihelped me throughout my stay.

In the month of May we booked around 11 rooms, in this property for my sister's marriage.First and foremost the hospitality is ridiculous.The service of staff is the worst of all.Mineral water was not available in the property. When asked for it, the receptionists started giving different and weird, unacceptable answers.One of them said drinking water is to be bought from outside, other said there is no drinking water facility available in the property, not even filters installed so guests need to arrange their own water bottles.When we approached the Manager for the drinking water, with whom discussion about water had happened, during prepaid booking. He chose to be in complete denial and spoke very rudely saying that no hotel provides drinking water. It was indeed funny.One of the room's bed had bed bugs.The hotel authorities had neither had any solution nor answers to any of the addressed grievances.That's the crux of the ridiculously warm hospitality we received in the property.Not recommended at all.

Very bad room service. We will note down a couple of problems that we have faced.1: If you order food then they are not providing any cutlery to eat, you would not have the proper table to eat, better order from outside2: They took an extra 500 for stains which were there in the bed sheet before we checked in3: Usually hotels provide water bottles as complimentary, but here they don't provide, instead you have to buy it.4: If at all you order something then don't expect it to come in any time sooner, you have to wait for ages to get your stuffsBetter to book something different.Wishing you a happy stay and enjoy your vacation at Vizag. Don't ruin your mood staying here, please!!!
