My actual bill during my stay was ’495, but I accidentally transferred ’925 via online payment.’When I pointed out the overpayment, the staff and management assured me that the balance refund would be processed immediately. It has now been more than two days. Not only have they failed to send my money back, but they have also stopped responding to my messages and are actively avoiding my phone calls.’Keeping a customer's accidental overpayment and cutting off communication is completely unacceptable and dishonest. A serious lack of professionalism. I highly recommend avoiding this lodge until they learn how to treat their guests honestly. Thoroughly disappointed.

When I raised the issue, the staff promised to refund the extra amount immediately. However, more than two days have passed, and they have neither returned my money nor responded to my messages, and they are avoiding my calls. Holding onto a customer's overpayment and ignoring communication is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of professionalism. I strongly advise against staying here until they improve their guest treatment. Very disappointed.

The bathroom door latch was missing.In one of the bathrooms, geyser was missing. The shower was also not functional in one washroom. Room service was not provided. For 2 days stay, neither the bedsheets nor the towels were replaced. One room main door lock was getting stuck up repeatadly. Difficult to lock it sometimes.
