I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. Two major issues stood out:1. The reception manager misled me during check-in, claiming that breakfast was included in the room rate. However, when I ordered breakfast the next morning, I was informed that it was not included and I had to pay extra. Despite my concerns, the reception staff refused to take responsibility and displayed a lack of courtesy.2. The breakfast I ordered at an additional cost was subpar. The food quality was extremely poor, and hygiene was a significant concern.In light of this experience, I strongly advise booking hotels like this online in advance to avoid potential deception. Additionally, if possible, consider avoiding the hotel's food services due to the questionable quality and hygiene.

Spacious Stay with Flaws

The rooms are huge and spacious with attached restrooms that are designed to match any good 3 star or 4 star hotel.Suits come with a sofa set and a dining table.Deducted one star for service as they won't provide any extra towel at all.Location is prime and all required markets and places are nearby.Parking is available in front and behind the hotel as well.

Comfortable Family Stay

A very courteous & hospitable staff and a lovely stay. The hotel had an eye to smallest of the details. Every thing was perfectly taken care off.The rooms were neat and clean and very spacious. Even the basic rooms (Club Rooms) could easily accommodate a family of 4. The rooms were quite airy and facilities well maintained.It was indeed a wonderful and a memorable stay.
