Solo Traveller • India • Sep 2026The staff seemed untrained and confused about the difference between the standard and premium rooms, leading to a scam where they sold me a superior room claiming it was premium. When I confronted them, they said no other rooms were available, so they gave me that one. I have the bill showing I booked a premium room, but the room was standard. I advise against staying here as it seems this isn't the first time they've done this.

Solo Traveller • Sep 2026Parking was inadequate, photos seemed misleading, rooms were dirty and lacked toiletries, the AC was not functioning, and the staff were rude. We repeatedly contacted them to request these services but received no assistance. Upon checkout, a staff member claimed the AC was working, but it was not cooling; it seemed the AC was only for show.
