I not had started below 1 otherwise I had given that . don't opt for this property. Also serious concern to Agoda who just onboard such property and put 4 star..my trust will Agoda also not low .. please explore other service providers who can give genuine review
I stayed at this hotel during a 13-hour transit because of its convenient location close to the airport. Unfortunately, despite paying for the stay, I was not able to rest properly at all.The biggest issue was that there were bed bugs in the bed. I personally killed at least three bed bugs during the night, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant. Because of this, I could not sleep or relax in any way.In addition, the telephone in the room was not working, and there were no towels provided initially. I had to request towels separately.That said, I do want to mention that the staff members were polite, helpful, and tried to assist whenever requested. The service from the staff was good, but the cleanliness and room conditions seriously need improvement.
Beautiful hotel featuring elegant decor, friendly employees, fast service, and excellent cleanliness. The rooftop restaurant offered amazing views, while the convenient location made exploring nearby attractions incredibly enjoyable and stressfree.
