Terrible experience. Book here at your own risk—you might end up without a room even if you have a confirmed reservation. I reserved this hotel through OYO for ₹687 and arrived around 10 PM with my mother and wife after a long trip. To my surprise, the hotel manager refused to let us check in despite the confirmed booking. At that late hour, with my family, we were stuck outside trying to find another place. Most hotels were either full or charging over ₹2,000. With no other choice, I had to pay nearly ₹2,000 for a different room. If this hotel doesn't honor confirmed OYO bookings, why accept them at all? This caused unnecessary stress, wasted our time, and made my family very uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families or late arrivals. A confirmed booking should be reliable, but this hotel failed completely in basic service and dependability.

Did not meet expectations. Please make sure to confirm that the room is offered at the price you booked. Otherwise, they may charge extra and refuse to accept payment if you booked through a broker app. The hotel service is very poor and Oyo support is also unhelpful.

Minus 2 stars because I booked through Oyo for 3 days at 550 per day but hotel denied entry. After long journey with luggage, I booked offline for 1500 per day. Read reviews about dirty bedsheets and no hot water, but when I stayed in July 2024, bedsheet was clean, bathroom had hot water, AC was normal cooling. Didn't try food. Rest is fine but price for hotels in this location is 1000 per day. 🚫 Don't book through Oyo, you won't get entry. Hotel name Gross❌️

Staff behavior was bad, service quality was poor.

If there was an option to select 0 stars I would be glad to choose that. The rooms are big; that would be the only positive trait. An example of terrible service is when I asked the guy about hot water availability, he sarcastically said: 'Why do you need hot water in this hot weather?'. The next day, the taps were dry. Don't expect to dine like a king for breakfast, because you'll be served something that is hardly edible.
