I love each and everything ’’’’I always stay in hotels but this place is WAOFull of colors and the breakfast is like family breakfastI stayed here for one night but I am very sureI direct come to this place whenever i come to delhi in future’’’?

Had 2 nights stay with On The House and it was super cozy super lovely! Located in a quiet neighbourhood in New Delhi, it’s easy to get a uber to anywhere in the town. Staff was friendly and helpful. ’? Before I made booking, I get in touch with lady boss and requested a specific room because i like the design from what I saw on their Instagram. She was very kind enough to accommodate my request, thank you once again! Room amenities was very great, you wouldn’t expect this is less than a 5 star hotel. Really good lotion, shampoo and soap!

On The House provides a comfortable and pleasant stay with clean rooms, courteous staff, and efficient service. The hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere and good hygiene standards. Its convenient location and satisfactory food services add to the overall experience. It offers good value for money and is a reliable choice for both business and leisure travelers.

We stayed at this property for one week when we had planned to be there only for three days. Our Indigo flight out kept getting canceled. Not only did they accommodate us at the last moment each time,but the staff went that extra mile to ensure that we were so comfortable. They had to carry our heavy luggages up and down the second floor Atleast three-four times and they did it with a ready smile!! The property is a dream-for an art lover,you want to soak in every nook and corner..we took a tour of all the rooms because they are done up so very beautifully..each one done in a unique and classy manner.This place has soul..which even the swankiest hotel room cannot offer.The breakfast was a sumptuous spread with parathas to aloo puri,fresh fruit,cereal and eggs to order. We ordered yummy chicken curry and Nepali aloos for dinner on request and they were absolutely delicious!!!Every area of this property including the verandahs and terrace is so breathtaking.Will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cosy and homely stay in Delhi.All the best,On the House!!

I stayed at this property for three days with my family, and from the very first moment, I regretted my decision. The place feels claustrophobic and cramped, with barely any space to keep luggage. The furniture is extremely old and offers no utility, it looks more like a warehouse filled with discarded art d??cor than a hotel room.Guests are not allowed to use the dining area, which is incredibly inconvenient. The breakfast is terrible; we were served rock-hard bread along with what appeared to be leftover poha. The owner and staff are unwelcoming, and visibly irritated if you ask for anything. To make matters worse, the staff members sleep in an adjacent room, which feels unsafe and uncomfortable especially when staying with family.During our stay, a hawan ceremony was conducted for two days straight in the common living area. The entire property filled with smoke, even the washrooms. Breathing became difficult, and we had to stay outside most of the day just to avoid the suffocating atmosphere. Every morning, we were woken up by loud chants and overwhelming smoke.There is no lift in the building, and dogs roam freely around the property. One of the dogs even jumped on me and scratched my thigh. The in-room amenities are expired and unclean, the carpets are dusty and stained, and there is no proper space to eat. Instead of a table, the room had an old discarded trunk. Even then, guests are still not allowed to use the dining space.Overall, this was one of the most uncomfortable and distressing stays I have ever experienced. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property for the sake of their safety and peace of mind.
