The breakfast offers a fantastic variety of choices daily, always including fresh fruit. At the reception, Irshaad bhai is very warm and professional, handling guests with great care and enthusiasm. The hotel's cleanliness, maintained by daily housekeeping, surpasses any other place I've visited in the area, ensuring your room is well cared for. We are staying for a month, and the experience has been so enjoyable that I eagerly anticipate each visit, confident the service will exceed expectations. This hotel is well managed and maintained, so you can trust this genuine review based on my experience. Great value for the price...But for the room ...feels a bit on older side due to paints and dusting issue of the wall..Overall experience was great also buffett breakfast has very limited variety..

Good value for the cost... However, the room seems somewhat outdated because of the paint and dust problems on the walls. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, though the buffet breakfast offered a rather limited selection.

Absolutely terrible and inhumane experience.I visited this hotel at around 1 AM with my wife and our 5-month-old baby after traveling continuously for 12 hours. We were exhausted, my wife was unwell, and we still had another 12-hour journey ahead. Although there were a few hotels nearby, this one was closest, so we approached them first.The room they showed us was actually clean and decent, but the behavior of the receptionist completely ruined everything. Despite explaining our situation clearly, showing our marriage photos, and even our baby’s birth certificate, he outright refused to give us a room just because my wife’s documents didn’t have my name mentioned.This was not just disappointing’it was shocking. Instead of showing basic humanity towards a tired family with an infant in the middle of the night, they chose to stick to a rigid and senseless rule without any willingness to help.Thankfully, a nearby hotel had the basic decency and understanding to accommodate us without creating unnecessary issues.A hotel is not just about clean rooms; it’s about how you treat people in difficult situations. This place failed completely on that front. I would strongly advise families and travelers to avoid this hotel, especially if you expect even a minimum level of empathy or understanding.One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.
