I travelled with my family. Hotel is very nice and clean, service is excellent. Night view is genuinely super eye catching which you will never see from anywhere. Dinner is very tasty with reasonable price, we lot this trip a lot. Tea served to us was very good and more than enough quantity. We loved everything.

I stayed at the Aroma hotel , Nainital for 2 days 10 to 12 july in room 201 and 202, with my and one of my friends family and I would say that i enjoyed the stay . The location is good. 15 min down hill walk to the Mall road. but walking back to hotel will test your Lungs. You could also hire a bike from Mall road to hotel for 70 rs per person. The rooms were spacious and the view from the room is really good. I would suggest the Hotel management to improve the washroom area. it needs improvement. some cleaning issue in the room. The intercom phone button no 2 was not working as we have to dial 233 to connect with the kitchen .so every time if we need to connect to the kitchen we have to connect to the reception to place order .you could easily see dirt on the sofa and spider webs in some corners. The conference Room needs lot of improvement, the Table tennis table is is bad shape , the rackets are broken and overall you could smell cigarette smell in that area.The management was good and the service was on time. Few things that needs improvement, if those are fixed. the staying experience will be fantastic. Kudos to the kitchen staff , as the food was delicious and i would say they are one of the best service of the Hotel. Overall a very pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend The Aroma Hotel , Nanital.
