All the facilities according to the budget were there and very nice view from the property
I stayed there for a night and the room was on the 3rd floor the roof it was a big room with 2 double beds and 1 single bed for just 1200. So it was value for money. Also we needed to explore the city so even after our checkout time the staff said we can keep or vehicles and luggage in the hotel permises for security. So they were also very kind. I would definitely suggest it to a friend. :)
