Good location , tasty food and hotel rooms , staff all nice
Stayed at this hotel in Nainital and overall it was a good experience. The location is one of the best things about it. You are very close to Mall Road and Naini Lake, and the hotel is tucked up on a gentle slope offering nice views from many rooms. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff are generally polite and helpful.One big convenience is the complimentary shuttle service they provide. You can use it to go to Mall Road or be picked up from there during most of the day. That makes exploring the main area much easier, especially given the steep climb up to the hotel on foot.The breakfast spread is decent and there are good food options nearby too. A couple of small things to watch out for are the slope up to the hotel (it’s quite steep if you walk with luggage) and occasional maintenance issues mentioned by other guests.Overall it’s a strong mid-range choice in Nainital with great access to Mall Road and the shuttle service is a useful perk.
