Everything was good, except the hotel is on bit of a height due to which sometimes car is not easy to go up the hill

The hotel is good, with clean and comfortable rooms. I especially liked the Superior Valley View rooms—they are spacious, very nice, and offer a beautiful view from the room. Overall, I really liked the rooms and the hotel. The staff was also friendly and well-behaved.The only thing I didn’t like was the location. If you don’t have your own vehicle, it can be quite difficult to commute from the hotel to Mall Road or other places. You may need to hire a scooty, bike, or cab. Car parking is available at the hotel.The food was also good. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel.
