I arrived at the hotel's location on the 23rd August and searched for 30 minutes but couldn't find it; the Google location listed on ixigo was incorrect, and no phone number for the hotel was provided. Ixigo also didn't show an option for a refund upon cancellation. We ended up wasting our money and had to leave in disappointment. We then booked a hotel in Bhowali and stayed there instead. Please do not waste your money by booking through ixigo.
