Hotel Atlas Palace

The hotel was very dirty and had a terrible smell. The lighting was also very poor. It was a complete waste of money. There were plenty of cockroaches, too.

Cleanliness is the biggest issue this hotel needs to address. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, were not clean, and even the lobby is in need of a major renovation. The only real advantage of this hotel is its location.

First issue is the cleanliness. Bathrooms are not clean; water is yellowish in color. Room has cockroaches. Drawers are not clean. There are no almirahs so there’s no proper arrangement for keeping clothes. TV is not recharged so we can’t watch the TV. We shifted from one room to the other because of these problems but same problem was there in the other room. We ordered grilled sandwich for breakfast. The grill was not clean for a long time it seems. That burnt disgusting flavour in the sandwich too.Transport from airport to hotel and hotel to airport fine with a total charge of 3000/-Any hotel gives water bottles complementary everyday. The staff says water is chargeable. Except for complementary, if asked extra, then the water bottle should be charged.We booked room with breakfast included. For which extra 500/- charge was applicable, nothing complementary, we paid. But We are told in the breakfast only puri bhaji, chola Bhatura and alu paratha are available. Means in 4 days stay, everyday we have to eat these items only. Means we will pay but they will decide what we have to eat. The TV didn’t start in 4 days but they have charged for amenities which they haven’t provided.Another concern is the security: their doors don’t have proper security system installed. Anybody can open the door and enter; besides door bell doesn’t work.Their staff is not trained in hotel management it seems. These are boys local to that area who are doing job for the sake of doing. That’s why they are not aware of hotel management mannerism. I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone as in reality it is below standard hotel. They should not charge competitive prices to other hotels in area; they must charge as per the low grade maintenance they have. The images on the booking platforms are just to fool customers. The reality is worst.

When you call them, they quote one rate, but when you arrive they suddenly change the price and ask for more money. This feels very dishonest and misleading.Also, don’t trust the photos shown online. The rooms are much smaller than they appear in the pictures and the overall condition is not good. The rooms feel cramped and poorly maintained.On top of that, the service is almost nonexistent. If you need anything, the staff either ignores the request or responds very late. For the price they charge, the experience is definitely not worth it.Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Poor service, misleading information, small rooms, and unprofessional staff made this a very unpleasant stay. I suggest looking for better options elsewhere.
