The stay was average overall. The bathroom and toilet hygiene could have been better maintained. The hotel provided two 500 ml water bottles instead of a 1-liter bottle, which was a bit inconvenient. The breakfast was average with limited options to choose from. While the stay was comfortable enough, there is definitely room for improvement in cleanliness and guest amenities.

Me nd my family checked in there, first of all they were so nice during check in time, they took the money in advanced but as soon as we entered there room, they literally don't take care of anything, we were in hurry nd still we had to call them 4 times for toothpaste. And than hot water was not coming from the tap, we had to call them again, they came 25 minutes later, nd they had no idea why their tank has no water, i said these kinda things should be done before the visitor, why you gave us the room if you don't have this. And than they gave me used towels, lipstick mark was there on the towel. And even they refused to give extra bottle saying we can give only normal bottle and i had to call to reception again that what is this u r not giving us water? Only than new bottle came. I even talked about the person sitting at the reception, that what are you people doing, i had to call 25 times for basic things nd he casually said "mai thek kruga service" . Don't go in this hotel. Worst to be worst

Stayed here for a one-night halt in Indore. The check-in process was smooth, although we had to fill out a form with some basic details. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained. The AC was quite old but functioned properly. The staff was polite, helpful, and friendly, which made the experience even better. Complimentary breakfast is available, but we couldn't try it as we had to leave early in the morning. Sufficient parking space is available for cars.Overall, a comfortable and convenient option for a short stay in Indore.

Horrible experience in this hotel we didn’t stayed and cancelled our booking to’.22 nd June 2026 we had our booking in this hotel.when we reached over there nearly about 7-8 pm firstly we were guided to write to write our personal information ok that’s fine. With all etc details. Later on, we went in our allotted room which was a family sweet. We just entered in it and smelled something very pathetic smell. And we got know from the boy which took us towards the trim that it is been pesticide on 21 of June 2022 and than to smell was very highly toxic. The floors were all dirty same has the toilets and bathroom.. and after that quickly we went to manager who had taken our so much information, when we asked him can’t you inform us about the pesticide done in the your entire hotel and how can you take the bookings of tourists after so much of courses done in the hotel. I had called with their owner also he was like only sorry. All the staff and owners were like we need only money and don’t want to maintain any hygiene and any safety of tourists bookings in the hotel. This hotel is truly wasted of money. And after some time they told us that we are giving you another hotel Named "Vrindavan hotel near by when we saw it was having some conditions unmaintained rooms without any hygiene and theses people reels us you go to that hotel. This was and very horrible and money wasted experience for us as we were tourists in Indore city. We booked this hotel by is goibibi ratings and seeing all Google information but it’s truly fake. They are only offering you the pathetic,unprofessional,misleading information and experience. So I believe every individual who is going to book this hotels rooms please do read my review and don’t book the rooms of the hotels.

"Had a great stay at Hotel Prashant With Family.As It The location in Navlakha is perfect’right opposite the bus stand and very close to the railway station, which made travelling around Indore so easy. The rooms were clean, and the staff was incredibly polite and helpful throughout my visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, budget-friendly stay!"
