Sheraton Indore is a lovely property and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We were a group of 6 friends and family who visited the place enroute to Mandu. We stayed at sheraton grand palace hotel for 2 nights.The hotel is very clean.Staff is very polite and ready to help you.Their hospitality is really at another level.whether it is food or room or anything they give their best.I had most relaxed stay .Since We had booked staycation offer we had Breakfast,High Tea as well as dinner included.Beleive me food is amazingly tasty and the variety they serve is vast.Its pure vegetarian hotel that's the best part.we would really love to visit again in future.
Stayed at the Sheraton Grand for a Toastmasters event with 200+ attendees, and honestly, it felt less like a luxury hospitality experience and more like a survival reality show.Day 1: people excited we had dinner outside nothing went wrong.Day 2: people started missing sessions just after lunch.Day 3: the hotel rooms looked like a medical camp sponsored by food poisoning.The food tasted fantastic, to be fair. Even the bacteria probably gave it 5 stars before launching their attack. Vomiting, diarrhoea, people falling sick continuously for two straight days but when concerns were raised, the response was essentially: “Our food is perfect, your stomachs are the problem.”Outstanding accountability.Now let’s discuss the “prime location.” If your dream vacation involves being abandoned on the outskirts of civilization while fighting 47 other guests for one cab, this place is paradise. The moment an event ends and everyone exits together, transportation becomes the Hunger Games: Uber Edition.And the room management? Truly revolutionary. Why give guests rooms at check-in time when you can give them character development instead? Watching exhausted attendees wait till 4 PM for rooms after traveling across the country was an unforgettable lesson in patience, spirituality, and anger management.Some guests didn’t have rooms on day 1 while others had food poisoning by day 3. Sheraton really said, “Why disappoint you with just one problem?”Luxury hotel pricing. Hostel-level coordination. Disaster-management-level hospitality.Would I recommend it? Absolutely.To people who think immune systems are getting too strong and life has become too comfortable.
