The hotel was uber clean. The moment we entered our room we were welcomed with fresh fragrance which created a long lasting impression of this property. Bed was nicely maintained. Wooden flooring also complimented the cleanliness done by the staff. The staff is well mannered and very helpful too. A point worth noticing is the breakfast is free with the accomodations. Special appreciation to the Hotel Aventus team here Ms. Prashansa, Ms. Rakhi, housekeeping staff Suneeta ji, Raja and Sachin for prompt service. Point worth noticing and mentioning here is that the moment we reached the hotel at 2:30 pm we understood that the elevator was not working due to electrical issue that had occured because of heavy rains. We had my senior aged MIL with us for whom multiple climbing up and down the stairs was difficult. We were requested by Ms. Rakhi to manage once just until we reached our rooms on 2nd floor and by evening she would get it repaired on priority for us. As committed the elevator had started working at 5:30 pm that evening which we really appreciate. Thanks once again to Hotel Aventus entire staff for hosting us so well.
