There was no water in the morning. Reception person keep asking for 10 mins but the issue didn't resolved. Worst stay

The staff is good and polite. But the service is extremely slow. Basic amenities like towels were missing from the room.You'll have to call the reception 2-3 times if you need anything.

I stayed here for the first time in Indore and booked a Deluxe Room with breakfast. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.Location & Accessibility:The hotel is currently not road-accessible as all surrounding roads are dug up. Reaching the property is difficult and inconvenient, so be prepared.Room Request:I had requested a room with a balcony. On arrival, I was told the hotel has no balcony rooms, which was clearly untrue as they are visible from outside. This felt misleading.Check-in & Breakfast Issue:I arrived early and they suggested I have breakfast while the room was prepared. Later, I was charged for that breakfast because “check-in wasn’t done yet.” Very poor communication and guest handling.Breakfast Quality:Breakfast was extremely disappointing. Everything is vegetarian, which is fine, but the quality was sub-standard — even the bread was stale.Room Service for Breakfast:On my last day, I requested breakfast in the room while packing. Initially they refused and said it would be charged again, despite breakfast already being included. They eventually sent it, but the attitude was unnecessary — especially because on another day they themselves served breakfast in rooms and didn’t set up the buffet.Amenities:Strangely, they don’t provide soap — only handwash, which they claim is “the soap.” Highly unprofessional for a hotel in this category. Please carry your own toiletries.Overall:The service needs serious improvement — honesty, coordination, guest treatment, and food quality. The location issue adds to the inconvenience. Not a pleasant first experience.

I had my stay here and the pillow covers and bedsheets were just overturned and made the room ready. They did not wash or replace them after the previous guest checked out. Food is terrible, they served dosa made with stale oil and the taste was too bad. The Junior staff are good but management is not concerned about guest experience. Absolutely not recommended
