My stay at Scarlet Hotel, Indore, was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. The hotel seems more interested in extracting money from its guests than providing basic hospitality.The staff charged extra for almost every request, even something as simple as chilled water. To make matters worse, several products were billed at nearly three times their printed MRP, which is absolutely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the hotel’s business practices.The staff’s behaviour was merely average, with little warmth, courtesy, or welcoming attitude. There was no genuine sense of hospitality or concern for guest comfort.The check-in and checkout policies were equally unreasonable. I was being charged extra for a late check-in, and even staying an additional hour would have attracted further charges. The entire experience left me rushing to vacate the property rather than enjoying my stay.A hotel should offer comfort, transparency, and a welcoming environment—not make guests feel like every small requirement is an opportunity to charge them more.Scarlet Hotel, Indore, has completely failed to meet even the most basic expectations of hospitality. I would strongly advise fellow travellers to think twice before booking this property.Never again. I would not return to this place under any circumstances.

The hotel staff refused to honor our prepaid online reservation and asked for additional payment. When we refused to pay more, they canceled our booking.

Very attentive and enjoyable stay. The staff were very helpful and cooperative.

Shukant Sir and Aman Rai provided excellent service and support. The recommendations and food were great.
