A Hotel Where Hospitality Retains a Personal Touch! Sometimes, you stumble upon a place by chance and realize it was meant to be found. We needed a decent hotel for an overnight stay due to an early flight from Indore. We were hopping between hotels near the airport and almost settled on another, but the manager's arrogant and unhelpful attitude made me walk away. Thankfully, that led us here. From the moment we arrived, we knew it was the right choice. What stood out most wasn't the building, room, or food, but the genuine human touch. The manager, Mr. Tulsi Kumar, is exceptional—kind, compassionate, accommodating, and truly understanding hospitality. He treats guests as individuals, not just customers, offering reasonable rates and doing all he can to ensure comfort. Mr. Kumar excels at business by earning guests' trust, a rare quality. The property is decent, with notable cleanliness and hygiene—white bedsheets always signal serious upkeep. Some rooms feature spacious bathrooms, ideal for those who appreciate comfort. The food deserves special praise—delicious, simple, and comforting. Don't miss their Aloo Jeera, prepared with minimal oil and perfect spices, along with Kachumber Salad and buttermilk. The staff are polite, well-trained, respectful, and warm. Here, you get more than a room; you get people genuinely committed to your comfort. Thoughtful touches include centrally played music, ample open spaces with sofas for relaxation, and practical amenities like parking and sleeping arrangements for drivers. The location is convenient, close to Indore Airport, perfect for early flights or airport proximity. This isn't a flashy luxury hotel, but for me, warmth matters more than grandeur. Clean rooms, good food, fair prices, courteous staff, and a caring manager like Mr. Kumar define true hospitality. Sometimes the best hotels are those you nearly miss. We almost passed this one by. Highly recommended for visitors to Indore seeking comfort, hygiene, reasonable rates, good food, and genuine warmth. Thanks to Mr. Tulsi Kumar and his team for showing that hospitality is an emotion, not just a business. We came for a night's stay and left with a wonderful experience—that's what makes a hotel memorable.
