Nice stay but no restarunt

A very disappointing stay and among the worst hotel experiences I've encountered. The room was in bad condition, the bed uncomfortable, there was no electricity, and cockroaches were present. The hygiene and facilities were far below acceptable standards. The service was even worse; despite reporting the issues to staff, there was no adequate response or effort to fix them. Considering the price, this quality of service and upkeep is totally unacceptable. I regret selecting this hotel and would not suggest it to anyone.

This was by far the worst hotel stay I've had. The bed was awful, there was no power, and cockroaches were present in the room. The cleanliness and upkeep were totally inadequate. Service was very bad, and the staff showed no interest in fixing the problems. A hotel should at least offer basic cleanliness, electricity, a comfortable bed, and good service — none of which were available here. Overall, very disappointing and not worth the cost. I would strongly recommend reconsidering before booking this place.

The rooms and bathrooms are not well maintained. The staff is helpful, but only two people are attending to many customers. The tea and food are also very poor.
