Initially, we were hesitant to even step inside this hotel. We were checking out several hotels near Indore Airport for an overnight stay before an early flight, moving from one place to another. We were close to choosing another hotel, but the manager there was arrogant and unhelpful, so I decided to leave. Thankfully, I did! It turned out to be the best decision because as soon as we entered this hotel, we knew we had found the right spot. What really impressed us first was the personal touch. The manager, Mr. Tulsi Kumar, was incredibly kind, caring, accommodating, and genuinely eager to assist guests. He understands his business and, more importantly, how to treat people well. He offered us a fair price and went above and beyond to help. That attitude makes a big difference when traveling. The hotel itself is nicely designed, and cleanliness is clearly a priority. I personally feel reassured when I see crisp white bedsheets because white shows any dirt or stains immediately, so keeping them spotless requires real care. Some rooms have very spacious bathrooms, so if you like a large, comfortable bathroom, you'll appreciate this place. Then there's the food! It was surprisingly tasty, simple, fresh, and homely. Their Aloo Jeera was excellently made with minimal oil and just the right spices. The Kachumber Salad and buttermilk are also worth trying. Sometimes simple dishes reveal the most about a kitchen, and here they were done beautifully. The staff are well trained, polite, respectful, and well-mannered. But what really stands out is that they don’t just act like they’re doing a job — they genuinely want to help. Mr. Tulsi Kumar is truly a "man Friday" — always present, ready to assist, and with a demeanor that makes you feel at ease right away. I truly believe once you experience his hospitality, you’ll remember this hotel next time you visit Indore. My brother enjoyed his stay so much he insisted I highlight the personal care behind their service, and I fully agree. Having stayed at many hotels and restaurants, I often find two things lacking in hospitality: 1. Hygiene and cleanliness are often neglected. 2. The staff sometimes lack warmth, compassion, and genuine emotion. Another nice feature is the centrally played music, which is a bonus for music lovers. Each floor has plenty of space with sofas where guests can relax or wait comfortably outside their rooms. The overall setup is well organized and thoughtfully planned. If you’re traveling by car with a driver, they offer parking and sleeping arrangements for the driver, a practical and thoughtful service many hotels miss. Overall, this hotel may not be the most luxurious or fancy in Indore, but it offers something much harder to find — cleanliness, good food, polite staff, fair prices, convenience, and above all, genuine warmth. Sometimes the best hotels aren’t the ones you plan to stay at but the ones you discover by chance. This was definitely one of those happy finds for us. If you’re visiting Indore and want a comfortable, clean, reasonably priced place with truly caring service, I highly recommend this hotel. If Mr. Tulsi Kumar keeps up his warmth and dedication, I’m sure guests will keep returning — just like we will.
