We loved every moment and everything at this place. I strongly recommend this hotel. We also enjoyed swimming. The food was tasty, and all the staff were friendly and polite. We stayed for four nights. Special thanks to the chef for preparing delicious Jain food without potato, onion, and garlic. I am very happy and satisfied. Thanks to the entire team at LCH Hotel.

Today, I had a very disappointing and frustrating encounter with the gym receptionist. I currently hold a single membership and was looking into upgrading to a family plan. Meanwhile, I brought my 8.5-year-old child who quietly sat reading a book without bothering anyone. Despite this, I was sharply told that my child is not allowed inside at all because I only have a single membership. The tone was unnecessarily harsh and lacked any basic empathy. I get that rules exist, but there is a big difference between enforcing them and showing no sensitivity—especially when it concerns a well-behaved young child causing no trouble. The response felt cold, dismissive, and unreasonable. When I inquired about switching to a family membership, I explained that my husband is away and I wanted coverage for my children and my mother. To my surprise, I was told only one child and my mother could be included, leaving one of my kids out. This makes no practical sense and shows a rigid, poorly thought-out system. Overall, the interaction was insensitive, unhelpful, and seemed driven by money without considering real-life situations or customer needs. I am very disappointed by the attitude and lack of understanding. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and trains their staff to treat customers with more empathy and common sense.

Wonderful experience

Our stay at LCH was delightful. The staff were warm and accommodating, especially Joyce, who was both friendly and efficient. The pool was fantastic. The only downside was the weak WiFi signal in the rooms. I would still recommend this place.
