After entering the hotel, I have to manage myself with my luggage to reach my room located on 2nd floor. Nobody assisted, acompanied or guided me how to reach and find my alloted room. Only card handed over to me by the counter person with room number written on the card and instructions passed to me by the guy that I can leave the counter and find my room, so that he can finish the extremely important work whatever he was doing on his mobile.Toiletries like brush and paste has to be REQUESTED after reaching the room, and limited things supplied in comparison to the nearby hotels who are charging the same or lesser amount compare to this hotel, like- slippers for toilet. Although the charges of water bottle or other necessary needs are higher than MRP, the staff who was providing these necessities after making full payment was not polite at all. It looks like customers are disturbing them by asking water or tea etc. Pathetic hospitality provided during check-in and check-out by the staff on duty is enough to destroy the opportunities of business available for this hotel even after located on prime location is more than enough to avoid this hotel. I am a regular traveler and visitor and not going to recommend this hotel to anyone because of pathetic hospitality.
