1. Hotel, Room, food r amazing. We had to move room as Bathroom door was broken. We forgot to check the Fridge in a hurry to change room, we were tired due to long intl flight, Ujjain trip. While checking out we asked for my Insulin(4 months of supply) which I kept in the fridge. Three men were reluctant to help us, perhaps their duty was ending soon or they didnt realize i was not bluffing, sometimes ’Customers can be right!!! They treated as if we were asking for free Dinner. One of them asked us to check our bags again. We went back to the reception, where a Girl, Deepali got our life saving Insulin through housekeeping! Keep it up! Hope Marriott hires more such girls. One day we couldnt sleep as some were doing whole nite party! I guess we dont count us customers! All we get sorry! What about our sleep after jetlag! I feel hotels should put such events on their website so that customers can anticipate noise, dance, whistle, etc!!! Those who need sleep can book other Hotels.

A very customer friendly premium hotel in Indore.The rooms are spacious, well appointed and comfortable. The service quality is of high standards with very polite staff.The restaurant on the ground floor has a good spread of multi cuisine offerings and the chefs and stewards go out of their way to get you what you want.There is a separate open air restaurant and the garden ambience is very nice.Possibly, the best hotel to stay in Indore!

Extremely Disappointing Experience ’ Wedding Plans Ruined by MismanagementWe had one of the most heartbreaking and stressful experiences with this hotel as our wedding venue.Despite confirming our indoor hall booking weeks in advance, we were informed’just one day before the wedding’that the venue had been changed to an outdoor lawn. This was done without any prior notice, approval, or even a courtesy call from the management.Why? Due to clear mismanagement. The hotel had double-booked the indoor hall for the same date and time, apparently giving priority to a government employee. Instead of owning up to their error, the management pressured us to accept the outdoor venue, ignoring the rain forecast and the impact this would have on our event.What made this worse is that we had travelled from Canada to India to celebrate our dream wedding. We trusted the Marriott brand and expected a seamless, magical experience from a 5-star property. Instead, it turned into a complete nightmare. The day before the wedding, my parents and I were in tears, emotionally drained and devastated. Months of planning, decor, and vision were ruined overnight.Instead of enjoying precious pre-wedding moments, we were forced into chaotic, last-minute decisions and stressful negotiations. The lack of accountability, empathy, and professionalism from the hotel left us mentally exhausted and traumatized.To anyone considering this venue for a wedding or important event: Think twice. This hotel’s inability to manage bookings or treat clients with respect and care ruined what should have been one of the happiest times of our lives.Save yourself the heartbreak’look elsewhere.

The Indore Marriott Hotel continues to uphold the high standards associated with the Marriott brand. The staff are kind, professional, and very helpful, with special appreciation for the concierge team, who assisted me efficiently in arranging transportation around the city as well as to and from the airport.The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, which is impressive considering the hotel has been operating for several years. The in-room amenities were comprehensive and thoughtfully provided, and the television offered a wide selection of channels. The lighting in the room was also sufficient and comfortable for working.The gym is available but relatively small, and guests are required to register with a staff member before using it, which may feel a bit inconvenient for those who prefer quick access. The club lounge is also on the smaller side and offers only light snacks, with limited variety.One minor issue was a brief power outage that occurred twice one morning; however, each time the issue was resolved within a minute and did not significantly impact my stay. Overall, the hotel provides a comfortable, reliable, and pleasant experience, especially in terms of service and room quality.
