My stay at Marriott Indore was nothing short of exceptional and one that I will cherish for a long time. The hotel exudes elegance and comfort from the moment you step into its grand and welcoming lobby. The food served here is absolutely excellent — every meal was a delightful experience with outstanding quality and presentation. The variety on the menu caters to every taste and the culinary team clearly takes great pride in what they serve. What truly set this stay apart was the extraordinary level of service extended by the entire staff. I happened to fall unwell during my stay and the care and concern shown by the team was genuinely touching and beyond expectations. The staff went out of their way to ensure my comfort, checking in regularly and making sure I had everything I needed to feel better. Their warmth, empathy, and attentiveness made me feel less like a guest and more like a cherished family member. Every single team member, from housekeeping to the front desk, carried a loving and caring attitude that is rare to find. Marriott Indore is not just a hotel — it is an experience of true hospitality, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Indore.

Extremely disappointed with my stay at Indore Marriott. From the moment we checked in on June 1, the experience was riddled with lapses. Despite confirming at check’in that our package included buffet dinner, we were repeatedly embarrassed at Indore Kitchen when staff insisted it was chargeable. Even after showing proof, the front desk remained clueless and kept shifting blame ’ unacceptable for a Marriott property.Cleanliness was poor, with crumbs under the side table on arrival. To make matters worse, our room key was deactivated without any notice, despite us clearly informing staff of our check’out time at the very start. This shows a shocking lack of professionalism and coordination.The only highlight was the restaurant service team ’ heartfelt thanks to Sandeep, Chandra, Chamel, and Shivani ’ whose warmth and efficiency stood out amidst an otherwise humiliating and frustrating stay.Finally, while checking out, I noticed the front desk staff writing apology cards for other guests ’ a clear sign that poor service is not an isolated incident but a recurring issue.Indore Marriott must urgently fix these systemic problems. Guests deserve better than confusion, poor hygiene, and unprofessional treatment at a brand that claims to represent world’class hospitality.
