Ideal location for both business trips and vacations

Went for dinner with guests at Epicenter. The buffet selection was quite limited. The music from nearby clubs was so loud that having a conversation was difficult. Service was slow. This is not acceptable from a well-known brand like Park. I would not recommend it.

Rooms are good, but the location is not ideal and the entrance is lacking. Service and food are good.

I wish I could rate this hotel higher than 5 stars. The stay was pure luxury, and the value is exceptional compared to the cost. Room service was incredibly quick, with fresh and hot food! The staff managed special requests with ease, making dining in the room a memorable part of the visit. The front desk and staff provided outstanding service from the moment we arrived. They were friendly, professional, and very efficient during check-in and check-out, making us feel like VIPs the entire time. The location is perfect—close to key attractions and transport, yet quiet enough for a peaceful retreat. This hotel offers much more than what you pay for. I'm eager to come back on my next trip! Highly recommended!
