Too many mosquitoes at the restaurant ..Couldn't sit for more than half an hour...rooms were good

Very poor service and food.I came here to celebrate my husband’s birthday. They made us wait for 40mins for the main course to serve and when we repeated the chapati order it didn’t came for 15mins when asked they forgot to place the order. They didn’t serve just kept the food on table without serving spoon when we asked for spoons they made us wait for another 15mins. They didn’t clear the table we asked them 4 times. We even asked for bill 4 times but nobody came so at last we had to go to the counter. Honestly you’ll ruin your night here. Ambience k alawa kuch nahi h yaha

Hosting my wedding at this property was one of the best decisions I made during the entire planning process.From the outset, the venue stood out for its elegance, well-maintained spaces, and overall ambience, which created the perfect setting for all our functions. As someone who had primarily taken responsibility for finalising the venue, I was relying heavily on the hotel team to help bring everything together seamlessly’and they truly delivered.A special thanks to Ravi Chouhan, who played a key role throughout the journey. From curating the menus to coordinating multiple aspects during the events, his professionalism and attention to detail were evident at every step. He was always approachable, proactive, and ensured that everything stayed on track, even during the most hectic moments.Weddings come with their fair share of pressure, but having dependable support on the ground made all the difference. It allowed me and my family to genuinely enjoy the celebrations without constantly worrying about execution.Overall, a refined and well-managed experience. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to host a wedding with both elegance and reliable coordination.

We travelled from our hometown to this property for the wedding celebrations, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience for our entire family.The venue impressed us with its beautiful ambience, well-maintained spaces, and warm hospitality right from the start. The food was exceptional across all function, something all our guests truly enjoyed and appreciated.A special mention to Ravi Chouhan for coordinating everything so smoothly from the venue’s side. His attentiveness and support made a noticeable difference throughout the celebrations.The service overall was courteous and efficient, making us feel comfortable and well taken care of. It didn’t just feel like a wedding venue, but a place we would love to visit again, many of us are already planning a staycation here.Overall, a memorable and delightful experience.

They had placed a glass tea table outside the room which had suction cups which were completely melted and glue was used to keep the glass in place. When I tried to move it in the room for lunch the poorly glued glass top obviously tumbled and was broken into pieces.We were luckily we didn't get injured but had it been a kid in the room it would've been a completely different story.Instead of apologising and taking responsibility We were charged for the broken glass countertop by the manager Sukanta Banik , who said "it wasn't supposed to be moved" while there was no place for two people to keep plates and eat peacefully.It was honestly like putting a loose legged chair in the room and asking for damages after sitting on it.I even offered to pay half the amount (for the cleaning person) but they didn't budge and asked me to pay the full amount especially while checking out as we didn't have an option other than missing our flight.
