Too many mosquitoes at the restaurant ..Couldn't sit for more than half an hour...rooms were good

They had placed a glass tea table outside the room which had suction cups which were completely melted and glue was used to keep the glass in place. When I tried to move it in the room for lunch the poorly glued glass top obviously tumbled and was broken into pieces.We were luckily we didn't get injured but had it been a kid in the room it would've been a completely different story.Instead of apologising and taking responsibility We were charged for the broken glass countertop by the manager Sukanta Banik , who said "it wasn't supposed to be moved" while there was no place for two people to keep plates and eat peacefully.It was honestly like putting a loose legged chair in the room and asking for damages after sitting on it.I even offered to pay half the amount (for the cleaning person) but they didn't budge and asked me to pay the full amount especially while checking out as we didn't have an option other than missing our flight.

The place is awesome with great service and food. Special mention @Ajay for amazing hospitality and service. Thanks ! Had a great time.

’’ Worst Dining Experience at Red Mashal Hotel, IndoreWe chose this restaurant to celebrate my parents’ anniversary with our family, and it turned out to be a huge mistake.The service was shockingly bad. Most of the time there was no waiter available. Ordered items were missed but still added to the bill, forcing me to correct their mistakes and causing unnecessary delays. After our starters, we waited nearly 40 minutes for the main course, with zero communication or concern from the staff.For a hotel restaurant, this level of mismanagement and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. The entire experience ruined a special family occasion. I would not recommend this place to anyone expecting basic service or hospitality.

The food was excellent, and the ambience was truly pleasant. The overall hospitality experience reflects the brand’s long-standing legacy and quality standards.One thoughtful suggestion from an ESG perspective would be to consider replacing plastic water bottles with glass bottles. Given the hotel’s strong brand image and heritage as one of the oldest names in the industry, adopting sustainable alternatives would further reinforce its commitment to environmental responsibility and conscious hospitality.A small shift like this can create meaningful impact while strengthening the hotel’s sustainability narrative
