The valet service was very disappointing. I gave my car to the valet, but when they brought it back, they handed me the car without making sure I got the key. The key was left with the valet staff by mistake. I drove to a petrol station where the car stopped and wouldn't start. It took me a while to realize the key was never returned, causing a lot of stress and inconvenience. When I went back to the hotel, the staff just said "sorry" with no responsibility or help offered. They didn't even offer to bring the key to me or provide transport while I was stuck. This carelessness and bad customer service is unacceptable for a hotel with valet service. I'm very disappointed and hope management addresses this to avoid other guests having the same problem.

The staff provided excellent service, especially Anita on the 6th floor, who kept the room in great condition.

As soon as you step in, you realize the only impressive thing about this place is its name. Aside from that, it's quite ordinary, and the entire peacock theme feels overdone. The open-atrium design does give a spacious feel and the natural light is nice, but the forced peacock patterns are more garish than elegant, reminiscent of a cheap polyester saree with flashy gold accents. Supposedly, it's meant to honor the declining (now nearly extinct) Indore peacock population. The staff consistently underperform, and if you raise a complaint, they keep calling repeatedly like a clingy ex with no sense of responsibility. The single spa bed is decent, and the gym is good as well. Breakfast is mediocre, and if you order an egg white omelette, they seem to swap the cholesterol for extra oil. Would I stay again? Yes, for a work trip, it’s fine. But does it deserve a 5-star rating? Definitely not.

Staying at Wow Crest, Indore is always a delight. Each visit feels like returning home due to the exceptional hospitality and warmth from the whole team. Special thanks to Junmuni and Kumkum in the restaurant for their attentive service, and to Samarth and Sandipan for their quick in-room dining support, especially during late-night hunger pangs. Their friendly demeanor and commitment truly stand out. The food is outstanding, thanks to the wonderful culinary talents of Chef Vinay and Chef Sandeep. Every dish is tasty, beautifully presented, and always something to look forward to. Grateful to the whole Wow Crest team for consistently providing such excellent hospitality. I strongly recommend Wow Crest, Indore, to anyone seeking a memorable stay, top-notch service, and great food. Eagerly awaiting my next visit!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Wow Crest Hotel in Indore, and the entire experience was fantastic from beginning to end. The staff went out of their way to make my 50th birthday celebration truly special. I am especially grateful to the housekeeping team for surprising me with a beautifully decorated room featuring balloons and a complimentary birthday cake, which made me feel warmly welcomed as soon as I arrived. Breakfast was another highlight, thanks to Steward Nelima and Chef Vinod, whose friendly service and attentive care made each morning delightful and memorable. The commitment of the whole team to guest satisfaction is impressive. For anyone visiting Indore seeking great service and a comfortable stay, I highly suggest Wow Crest.
