I have been trying to get the invoice by sending emails and making several calls since the guest requested the soft copy to be sent via email. However, I have not received a proper response from them. Such a lack of response is disappointing from IHCL chains.

My experience at WOW Crest Indore was very disappointing. Despite having a confirmed corporate booking and arriving early, I was told rooms were available but was denied early check-in unless I paid about ₹2,500 extra. I discussed this with the Front Desk Manager and contacted HICL, but no satisfactory solution was offered. I also saw other guests facing the same issue. The reception staff were unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy. For a hotel with a star rating, this kind of service and guest treatment is unacceptable. It seems the hotel values extra charges more than customer satisfaction. The management needs to seriously reconsider the front desk staff's conduct and the early check-in policy, especially for corporate clients.

Our stay at WOW Crest, Indore was fantastic. The atmosphere was delightful, the staff were polite, and the whole experience was very comfortable and pleasant. A big thanks to Anshika, who was very helpful and considerate. She organized an art activity for my child, which was a wonderful touch. My child really enjoyed it and had a great time. These small acts of kindness and personal care truly make a stay memorable. Thanks to Anshika for enhancing our child's visit. ❤️ All in all, it was a wonderful experience and definitely a place I would suggest to families, especially those with kids! 🌸✨
