Infiniti Hotel

We spent last night at Infiniti Hotel and had a wonderful experience. Our stay was both comfortable and pleasant. The rooms were tidy, roomy, and well kept. The staff were polite, professional, and always willing to assist. The service was excellent, with everything handled smoothly from arrival to departure. We really valued the friendly hospitality and calm environment. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a cozy and enjoyable stay. Thanks to Infiniti Hotel for making our trip unforgettable. We look forward to returning!

Excellent hospitality done perfectly. Although it may not officially be a 5-star hotel, I consider it one because the staff is well-trained and very humble.

Nice hotel with a good restaurant

I've stayed here several times with my company's senior team and bosses. Each time we mention the issue, but nothing changes. When booking a Business Class or Suite Room, having a dependable high-speed internet connection is a basic need nowadays. We've told management every visit, yet the internet speed stays between 2 Mbps and 8 Mbps, reminiscent of old 2G times. If you're traveling for business, I would steer clear of this hotel. In today's internet age, poor connectivity can greatly impact your work experience.

Service was very poor. Although my booking was for 7 o'clock in the morning, I had to wait in the lobby for an hour.
