Extremely disappointing and heartbreaking hospitality experience. The manager showed zero understanding or support toward corporate employees who are already under tremendous work pressure and stress throughout the day.We have been loyal customers and regularly book this same hotel whenever we visit Indore, yet there is absolutely no value given to customer relationship or repeat guests. Asking for half-day charges just for 3’4 hours of early check-in is completely unreasonable, especially when corporate employees only need a few hours of rest before continuing their hectic schedules.People working in corporate jobs travel constantly, stay away from family, handle targets, pressure, and mental stress every single day. A hotel is supposed to provide comfort, support, and hospitality ’ not make guests feel helpless and unwelcome.It is truly sad that despite being in the hospitality industry, there is no empathy, flexibility, or basic concern for customer convenience. Very disappointing experience, and definitely not what we expected from a hotel we trusted repeatedly.

Amazing experience. We found this hotel above expectations. When I was browsing hotels this hotel wasn't visible on most platforms, so we booked other hotel online for one night while we were to stay for 02 nights. While roaming in Indore, this hotel caught our attention due to location and we checked in. The rooms are spacious and staff is super friendly. They have 04 restaurants and looks like "Hobnob" is popular among Indorians, there was huge crowd of locals. We dined at "Junoon" food was delicious with amazing ambience. Although live musicians and bands was performing in all 04 restaurants but we didn't hear any noise in rooms. Overall Value for money must reccomonded

Hotel infrastructure and food is good but they harassed me to give digi aadhar of all 6 members of my family ( they don't accept e documents). So the process became cumbersome. They should allow other options as other hotels in india are accepting those

I went to the restaurant for dinner at Infinity Hotel Bombay Hospital today and the scene there was like this, who sits on the platform of the bar counter and drinks alcohol? And there was no one to stop them because all the employees were also enjoying. When I complained about this to the duty manager, he told me to sit outside, they are enjoying ’’?? If someone with family and children would have been sitting there for dinner, it would have been a matter of shame. If a family member sees this kind of ambiance and vulgarity in a hotel, they would prefer to leave the place out of shame. Very disappointed.
