Ac was not working, staff was not helpfull, towels were dirty, food was not good
The rooms and washrooms of this hotel had a terrible smell, and the cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. Even many 2-star hotels maintain far better hygiene and cleaner washrooms than this property. The housekeeping standards were clearly lacking, and the rooms felt neglected and poorly maintained. It's difficult to understand how this hotel qualifies as a 4-star establishment.The property is extremely overrated and overpriced. The photos and ratings create expectations that the hotel simply doesn't meet. For the price it charges, the least one should expect is basic cleanliness, hygiene, and proper upkeep. It falls well short of that and certainly doesn't deserve its 4-star rating.
I had a broken leg and stayed alone while my parents were gone to visit temples! The staff took care of me taking me in wheelchair for dinner or getting me ice pack every hour. All the staff very very nice and helpful.
