Disappointing Stay Experience

We reserved a room at Clarks Inn Indore but upon arrival, we saw the Ginger hotel logo and experienced poor service. The rooms are much smaller than advertised; we booked a deluxe city view queen bed room listed as 200 sq feet, but it felt more like 120 sq feet. Instead of a city view, we got a room with a terrible view. The manager at the ground floor restaurant and bar was rude and pressured us to accept whatever he offered. The restaurant and bar staff were unprofessional and untrained. We had to find another place for dinner. The room key didn't work. The breakfast was disappointing with low-quality food—the South Indian items were awful, including hard idlis, unfriendly vadas, and a terrible masala dosa served with boiled potatoes. The sambar tasted like plain dal, and other dishes were cold. The service and kitchen teams were arguing loudly. Many items were out of stock. Overall, it was a very bad experience.
