The rooms were extremely unhygienic and poorly maintained. The bedsheets were unclean and had visible stains on them. Initially, we were given a room that had not even been cleaned after the previous guest had checked out. Upon complaining, we were shifted to another room, which had an even worse smell, particularly resembling the smell of an unclean washroom, and was not in a condition fit for staying.We were then given another room in the name of a “premium room”, but even that room was not properly maintained. The bedsheets had stains, the washroom was not adequately cleaned, and basic amenities such as a kettle and mugs for tea/hot water were not available.There was also no staff available to assist us with shifting our luggage. When we approached the receptionist and requested cancellation and a refund due to the unacceptable condition of the rooms, our request was refused. The hotel appeared completely different from the pictures and representations displayed on its website and on Agoda.We ultimately decided not to stay at the hotel at all and left without receiving any cancellation or refund. The overall condition of the property made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe.I would strongly advise others to be cautious before booking this hotel, as the actual condition was completely inconsistent with the pictures and description shown online.
