Treebo Cherry Tree

The hotel had poor lighting, with several broken lights and no proper brightness in the room. The air conditioner lacked a usable remote, making it inconvenient. Cleanliness was terrible, with dust and dirt everywhere. The fridge was dirty and not working. Customer service was extremely poor, and the room was cramped with no proper wardrobe space.No proper door mat was provided. Locks ill functioned. Poor maintenance

Location is the main highlight of this hotel , staff is good on one call they arrange what I asked them and also food is really good. Recommend this hotel for stay as well as for food .

Overall stay experience was poor. The room seemed good at first glance but it lacked some basic facilities,one of the rooms didn't have exhaust on the washroom, one of the rooms didn't have proper locks. The helping staff was good but the manager was unhelpful at best, rude at worst.The complementary breakfast was almost the same everyday and. The only plus point was the convenient location for tourists. Overall, the hotel needs some major changes in order to be termed a "good stay".

Worst experience at Cherry Tree (Indore)I have stayed at Treebo properties many times across India, and it has always been my first choice while traveling. Unfortunately, my experience at Cherry Tree, Indore, was extremely disappointing.The service quality was poor, breakfast was not managed properly, and the staff appeared confused and unprepared, clearly indicating serious mismanagement at the property. There was no coordination, and the overall experience was chaotic.Many guests were visibly upset, arguments broke out with the staff, and the situation became quite messy. This is not the standard I have come to expect from Treebo.Only security personnel were supportive.I strongly urge the Treebo team to urgently review this property on-site and take corrective action to protect the brand’s reputation.

Had a wonderful stay at Treebo Cherry Tree!The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was very polite and always ready to help with a smile. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and transport. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and tasty too. Overall, it was a great experience ’ definitely recommended for both business and leisure stays!
