My wife and I stayed in the Grand Giridhar Premier for six days from 02/02/2026 to 07/02/2026. I must say that it was a very pleasant experience.The room, bathroom, lobby, staircase, lifts were exceptionally clean and the maintenance staff (Lokesh and Meera) left no stone unturned to keep the room clean.The service provided by Saraswati in the Cafeteria was truly exceptional. The way she took care of our needs was more than excellent.The reception staff were extremely courteous, accommodative and friendly.The area where the hotel must improve is the quality of food they offer for breakfast and I’m sure the management will address this issue.I’d recommend this hotel to anyone who is seeing a clean, moderately priced hotel that offers excellent service.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely pathetic.Calling this a ’hotel’ is an insult to genuine hospitality.The most shocking part? They denied us tea at 8:00 AM. Imagine a hotel where guests can’t even get a basic cup of tea in the morning. No explanation, no apology’just a flat refusal. This alone speaks volumes about their attitude toward guests.The amenities like towels are smelly and in worst condition.. you have to think twice before using it as it looks so unhygienicThe overall service was rude, uncooperative, and careless. Staff behaved as if guests were a burden rather than customers. There was zero warmth, zero professionalism, and zero accountability.If you value even basic comfort, respect, and common sense service, avoid this place at all costs. A simple guest house would treat you better. This was a complete waste of money and peace of mind.Not recommended.

I had a truly delightful experience during my stay at the hotel. Everything’from the cleanliness of the rooms to the overall ambience’was exceptional.A special thanks to Mr. Lokesh for his outstanding hospitality. He was extremely courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. His professionalism and warm nature made the stay even more comfortable.Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a pleasant, relaxing stay. Would definitely visit again!

One of the budget hotel with great service and staff. Rooms are small size but location is good. Faced minor problems in room but staff was good to clear them all.
