It is incredibly convenient for anyone looking to explore the heart of Indore.Outstanding Service: The staff deserves a lot of credit. When I pointed out that the bedsheets weren't properly cleaned, they immediately stepped in and changed them. Their helpful and responsive attitude was the highlight of the stay.Areas for Improvement:Visibility & Accessibility: The hotel is located on the second and third floors, but the entrance is quite difficult to find. There is a lack of clear signage on the street level making the initial arrival frustrating.Room Amenities: While the room itself was decent, the primary amenities failed to work. Both the TV and the AC were non-functional during my stay, which significantly impacted overall comfort.Initial Cleanliness: Though the staff resolved it quickly upon request, the bed was not properly cleaned prior to check-in.To help the hotel improve its guest experience, you can include these constructive suggestions:Since the hotel is on the upper floors, install a prominent, well-lit sign or a directional directory at the ground-floor entrance. Sending a quick WhatsApp graphic or a short "how to find our entrance" video link to guests right after booking would completely eliminate arrival confusion.Pre-Arrival Checklists: Implement a mandatory "Clean & Click" checklist for the housekeeping team. Before a room is marked as "Ready" in the system, a supervisor should verify that the bedding is pristine and quickly test that the AC and TV remotes actually work.Local Flavor Welcome: Capitalize on your amazing Rajwada location! Very worst experience room was dirty bed sheet and blanket was stained in all rooms i changed the room also but the same stained bedsheet was in other room also no telephone in room tv was not working lift is also not working over all very worst experience

Very unsafe and shady hotel. Not recommended for families or women.Bedsheets had stains, towels were dirty, and overall hygiene was poor. We arrived late so couldn’t change hotels. At night, a drunk staff member was knocking on room doors around 1 AM, asking who was staying inside. In the morning he claimed it was ’police,’ which made no sense. The area felt unsafe. Again at 7 AM, he knocked asking for tea without being asked. We were so uncomfortable that we left early. Please avoid.
