Truly pathetic..!!!!1. The bookings done is for 4 days, however the owner and AM of one of the hospitality services industry told that it it is booked for 1 day only, while the booking platform confirmed the booking is for clear 4 days.2.The hotel manager didn't put the correct details in the check in register, you hv come from X city, they lodge Z City.Some more things hav been observed, like the whitner/ milk powder is not there and staff said that it is out of stock or finished, so u can't make a coffee, mineral water bottle is provided during check in.So in all you shud first judge, follow up your senses to book this property.
I had a bad experience from Hotel and did not allow me to check in. They told they don't have any connection with Agoda. And they asked me to call Agoda, I tried but I did not get any response from Agoda also. I going file a legal case against Agoda and Hotel for my losses and injuries.
Hotel Is Wonderful.. bt if you book hotel online, then they will refuse to give u room by saying that room is unavailable despite that they will say to book another room costing almost double the previous one.. and the behaviour of receptionist is also not so good, if u can argue with him, then only you'll able to get the online booked room. Totally scam at the reception only.. bt room is good...
